How To View Reports

Time to take a look at the reporting system

1.    Login as Administrator and go to Reports

2.    You can generate a report for anything

2.1           users

2.2           courses

2.3           branches

2.4           groups

2.5           SCORM files

2.6           Test reports

2.7           Survey reports

2.8           Assignment reports

3.    What’s more, you can see daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly data

4.    Or you can set a specific period of time

5.    Test reports are really useful, so let’s have a look at one:

5.1           select the test and see all the users who have taken it

5.2           here, you have a preview of how each learner performed

5.3           you can print the results

5.4           or even re-set their progress

6.    In the analysis tab, you can see the complete breakdown of your users’ answer distribution.

7.    All types of reports can be exported to excel and schedule.

8.  Quickly arrow next to the export button and select when into which email address you want your report to be sent.

9.    Email recipients don’t have to be users in your account.

10.   To view all your scheduled reports, pick all scheduled reports.

11.     Let’s go back to reports.

12.    If you are in basic, or plus and up, you will see an option in your right menu called custom reports.

13.     Click add report and give it a name.

14.     You can select a rule from select users that drop down menu.

15.     For this example, let’s create a report for users who are active and have taken this course.

16.   You have two output options: you can choose users, to see the list of users that meet your criteria or learning progress for the same list of users along with their progress data.

17.   Click add report. Here it is: mass actions is a fast way to perform any action you want for selected users collectively that can save you time.

18.     Let’s send these users a message.

19.      Instructors also have access to reports. Switch to instructor and enter the course of your interest.

20.     In the right menu, click reports to monitor how your learners perform.

21.    Your learners can also check their personal progress report by clicking progress  on their home page right menu.
