LO4. Upgrading CBLM into e-CBLM

Now it’s time to upgrade an existing CBLM that follows the traditional curriculum.

Let us upgrade it into e-CBLM.

1. Prepare CBLM for upgrade

🡆 Pick up one competency unit and all its learning outcomes in the CBLM you use. If not available, borrow one from a trainer you know.

🡆 Check the alignment of the curriculum elements. Edit: modify, change, delete, add.

🡆 Revise its training delivery into a flexible learning modality integrating digital tools, either a variety of stand-alone technologies or LMS.

🡆 Specify synchronous and asynchronous training delivery in upgraded e-CBLM.

🡆 Use red fonts to delete words, or use blue fonts to add or insert words.

2. Develop an e-CBLM

For those without a CBLM on hand, you may develop your own e-CBLM using the template below.
